13 year old, founder of the initiative mindovermatter.help

Mind over Matter initiative is to Make our Voices Heard, where we use a variety of platforms to speak up about mental health and all its glory- the stigmas, the stereotypes, its importance, the issues and the plausible solutions- everything under the sun to make life better.

Today, I would like to focus on “Dealing with Vulnerability”

Firstly my advise to all the teens dealing with mental health issues, “Never lose self respect or your confidence in yourself” !!!

Delete, Unfollow, unfriend, block, erase and disconnect, from anything and anyone that takes away your peace. And not just on social media, also in your life, You don’t need to be around people who don’t see and appreciate your value.

Accept no one’s definition of your life. Define yourself !!!!!

Do more things that give you real joy

It’s all new but it’s all you !

Embrace your feelings ( fear, shame, joy, sadness, love, nervousness, anger, grief, anxiety) without judgement

It’s all new but it’s all you ! You will learn more and more about yourself everyday. It’s called growth, embrace it will all your heart ❤️

❤️ YOUR ENVIRONMENT IS NOT YOU.

Don’t let your environment fool you into believing what you are. You are who you want to be.

Don’t be pushed around by fear in your mind, be led by dreams in your heart ❤️ ❤️
