LIFE IS PRECIOUS, LIVE IT TO THE FULLEST …..

Last 13 months living with Covid19, I realized Life is very precious, and Life is to be lived alive, actively with awareness. To adapt, we need to be brave, as inflexibility stems from fear.
To be happy, we need to be explorers and have joy in discovering, experiencing, and creating new. There is no yesterday and tomorrow. Reality is in the moment.
Happiness is in being able to Love. Love is an essential aspect of living. I wish there were more love for each other, and through this crisis, it was evident to see how important it is to feel love for fellow humans.
About Life I realized, It is sadly an egocentric life we humans live. If we can think beyond ourselves and be interested in others, there would be more compassion and courage flowing in this world.
I quote Mother Teresa, “ The good you do today; people will often forget tomorrow; Do good anyway. Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough; Give the world the best you’ve got anyway.’
Some fundamental changes in living came from realizing that, focus on Mental Health is of paramount importance, especially after the isolation, quarantine, and losses of life people have experienced. We need to appreciate simple gestures like sharing a meal with parents or friends. We need to prioritize Life with work, family, and health and value social support systems.
I took many things for granted then. I wish I had spent more time celebrating small acts like having a coffee with a friend.
While there has been so much suffering, deeper learning is embraced by shifting to introspective living. Health is a holistic approach that encompasses physical, social, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. We need to invest in deeper relationships with ourselves and others to live our Life more mindfully and joyfully to create a new, safer world for ourselves.
When we set healthy boundaries, we can own our Life. We can only be enlightened if we bring our shadow to the light. We have lost a part of our soul, and it is our responsibility to seek it and get it back.
“By healing the present moment, we heal the past and the future.” -Tulin Etyemez Schimberg.
Being in a comfort zone is a cage. Do not compare your success through social media. Stop Procrastination. All projects, tests, and tasks come with a deadline. We work towards the submission time. But we do not know our Life’s timeline. Is that why we take our Life for granted and procrastinate?
